Banana Oatmeal Tahini Cookies

Lots of baking going on in quarantine! my niece is absolutely loving being in the kitchen and trying new recipes. I’ve been making these as a delicious treat and they have fiber, healthy fats and protein!

Ingredients: 

1 cup of oats.

1 banana.

2 tbsp of tahini.

1-2 tsp of maple syrup.

1-2 tbsp of chocolate chips or raisins.

1 tbsp of greek yogurt

1/2 tsp of baking soda.

1 tsp of vanilla extract. 

1 tbsp of maple chia flax (i use 365 brand).

1 tbsp of peanut butter.

1/4 tsp of cinnamon.

(i don’t always measure so if its wet add oats and if it’s dry add tahini)

Instructions

-pre heat oven to 350.

-mix all ingredients in a bowl.

-form cookies and put in oven for 15-17 minutes till golden brown

-ENJOY.

Makes 12 cookies: Calories 67, Carbohydrates 10 g, Fiber 1.5 g, Protein 2 g, Fat 2.5, Saturated fat 0.5 g
