In the initial 90 minute 1:1 session we will do a full intake of your food, lifestyle, physical activity and goals. We will go over nutrition education so you are better equipped with nutrition answers and we will develop a personalized shopping list and meal plans for you. During follow ups we will discuss habits, mindfulness, navigating dining out, vacations, holidays, recipes, physical activity, wellness, developing a healthy relationship with food and much much more. The program includes bi-weekly appointments, concierge email and text support, custom meal planning with ongoing meal & recipe ideas - while we optimize your relationship with food and your body.

We will set up a free 20 minute phone conversation to discuss your nutrition goals, my philosophy and see if it’s a good fit!
Sessions
All appointments are virtual so they can be made at your convenience. The first session is 90 minutes and follow ups are 45 minutes. You will receive bi-weekly sessions, concierge email support, custom meal plans and lessons on mindfulness, habits, exercise plans and many more! After sessions, you will receive a recap with everything we discussed and a plan! I will send you links and reminders prior to sessions.

We will discuss your food preferences and habits and work together to design a lifestyle that will allow you to not only achieve your nutrition goals, but maintain them. All sessions are held virtually.

Ketogenic Diet VIP
The ketogenic diet is a high fat, moderate protein and low net carbohydrate diet. I work 1:1 with clients on the ketogenic diet for various conditions including epilepsy, autoimmune diseases, weight loss, migraines, MS, parkinsons and certain types of cancers. I spearheaded and developed the ketogenic clinic in the epilepsy center at Mount Sinai Hospital and I am on the board of providers through the Charlie Foundation.
I have seen the ketogenic diet transform people’s lives. I believe in a high fiber approach to keto so it is sustainable and healthy! In my 1:1 keto program we will work intensively together to either get you started on keto or fine-tune your keto diet with my high fiber approach. We will discuss healthy eating for your food preferences, eating out, habits, mindfulness, recipes, travel tips, family nutrition and more!
