How to Lose Weight While Eating Bread

Coming at you with one of my favorite products—Royo Bread!

I’m a firm believer in balanced diets, meaning that foods like bread aren’t “off limits.” Balancing the foods in your diet is the first step to building a healthy relationship with food, having positive body image, and reaching your goals!

But I am also a firm believer in prioritizing foods that are nutrient dense, full of fiber, and promote health. I love Royo Bread because it encompasses all of these things. Most often the breads you’ll find in the grocery store contain additives (including added sugar!), fillers, and refined wheat that spikes blood sugar quickly and doesn’t do much to satisfy our health goals. The dietitian behind Royo strived to create a bread that instead was made with natural ingredients. Instead of refined flours and preservatives, Royo Bread is made with whole ingredients that make it high in both protein and fiber. Just one slice of Royo bread contains 5g fiber and 9g protein. It’s filling, nourishing, and best of all, tastes great!

You can absolutely lose weight while still eating bread, especially when it’s a quality bread like Royo. Royo Bread has become a staple in my home and a product I recommend to all my clients. My code Abigail10 will get you a discount at checkout, so I highly recommend you order some and see for yourself how great it is! They have regular breads & buns as well as flavors like rye & cinnamon raisin.

Here are two of my favorite high-fiber options for weight loss using Royo Bread:

  • 1 slice Royo bread toasted topped with ⅓ avocado & seeds or everything bagel seasoning

  • Veggie sandwich using Royo bread, your choice of veggies, and hummus

Royo bread makes a great addition for any sandwich, avocado toast, burger, you name it! Head to eatroyo.com and order yours with code Abigail10 :)
