Broccoli and Salmon One Pan Cooking

One pan cooking means less clean up, less prep, and less overall work! What could be better :)

This method just takes into consideration 2 cook times. If broccoli takes 25 minutes to roast and salmon is better after 15 minutes, then put the broccoli in for 10 minutes, then add salmon and viola! 15 minutes later both are done!

ingredients: salmon, broccoli, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon and garlic

  1. pre heat oven to 375

  2. add broccoli to baking sheet, drizzle olive oil and salt, pepper and add to pan

  3. after 10-15 minutes take out broccoli and add salmon to pan — drizzle salmon with olive oil, lemon and chopped garlic (or whatever marinade of choice

  4. place in oven for 15-20 minutes till salmon is cooked

Salmon and Broccoli is the perfect healthy dinner. Broccoli and has heart healthy fiber and salmon is a protein that is packed with omega 3’s! The last photo here is a stock photo because the meal was so delicious I didn’t take a picture!
