This greek yogurt tzatziki dip is delicious, light, refreshing, healthy and easy to make. It's a perfect dip for crudités or paired with grilled fish, meats, vegetables or falafel.

Ingredients:

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (I used Chobani or fage 2% but full fat or 0% both work)
1 cup diced seedless cucumber
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, and dill. Stir until well combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper. keep chilled before serving. This dish can keep for 2-3 days refrigerated
