I believe sustainable weight loss and long-term health come from nourishing foods, enjoyable movement, and a plan that fits your lifestyle. With the challenges of work, travel, and family life, nutrition can feel overwhelmingβso I make it simple, practical, and effective.
I became a dietitian after seeing firsthand how powerful nutrition can be in health and healing. Before starting my virtual practice, I spent six years at Mount Sinai Hospital and NYU Langone, where I worked with patients across neurology, cardiology, and general medicine. Today, I combine that clinical expertise with a real-world perspective to help you look and feel your best.
